The Dr and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in quick as a new patient and I was appreciative of this since my dog had injured his eye. They are very attentive and easy to explain what was going on and what needed to happen. Highly recommend!

The staff is absolutely amazing. We were fostering our grand dog and had an emergency situation that they were literally lifesaver for. And then preparing her to travel to a quarantined area was a labyrinth for us, but they helped us navigate it and finally having her put under to have her teeth cleaned, was seamless and professional, and so very caring. The vet is a wee bit quirky, but he knows what he's doing and he has an amazing staff. Together they are a remarkable care team.

The entire staff including Dr. Bates vet doctor listens to my needs about my pets. I am severely hearing impaired, and they always speak so that I understand what is going on. They help me as a pet parent by providing support to show me how to properly administer medication ointment and cleaning tools to do correctly once at home for my pet to heal properly. I cannot say enough good things about them. They are truly wonderful people. My Henry is healing nicely and back to his spunky lil self.

Should have known upon entering waiting room. No one in there and cobwebs growing in every corner and under most chairs ! Very expensive ,
